Terms and Conditions

The promotion commences at 9:00 am AEST on 25/09/2023 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 27/09/2023. 

• Entry to the Promotion is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who fulfill the entry requirements.
• To participate, entrants must follow the SugarBaby Beauty @sugarbabybeauty Instagram page, find the Giveaway post, and comment with the correct answer.  For entry to be valid all of these steps must be completed. One entry per person.  
• Entry Restrictions: Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of SugarBaby or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling.
• The Promotion requires no skill to participate. SugarBaby Beauty will select 5 winners at random on 28/09/2023 at 10:00 AM at 105 Vanessa Street, Kingsgrove, Sydney, NSW, Australia 2208. The winners will receive SugarBaby’s Newest Skincare product worth AUD 20. The prize awarded by SugarBaby Beauty is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. Any attempt to sell the prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration will result in the cancellation of the prize. SugarBaby Beauty has the sole and absolute discretion to decide such matters. 
• If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, SugarBaby, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute for the Prize (or that part of the Prize) a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 2 business days of the draw and published at https://www.instagram.com/sugarbabybeauty within 7 business days.
• If a winner cannot be contacted by 30/09/2023 of the first notification attempt, if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the winner rejects the prize, or in the event of non-compliance with these rules, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries on 02/10/23  at 9 AM at the same location as the original draw. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw and published at https://www.instagram.com/sugarbabybeauty within 7 business days.
• SugarBaby may at its discretion amend any aspect of this Promotion or of these Terms and Conditions or cancel this Promotion, subject to applicable laws in each Relevant State/Territory. Any amendment will be notified on SugarBaby’s website.
• There is no maximum on the number of entries.
• All personal information collected will be by our Privacy Policy.
